Q. How do I order from Magickalystics online?
A. You can charge your order by check, MasterCard, or Visa online. We use Mals-eCommerce and PayPal to accept all major credit cards and your transaction is secure! In addition US Visa and Mastercard cardholders can now charge their items through the website without going through PayPal. Processing for this option occurs offline; we will notify you by phone or e-mail if there is a problem with your transaction. Customer privacy and satisfaction is our number one concern and all information given at our site is solely for purposes stated. We will not sell or use your name in any other manner.
The online shopping cart is pretty straightforward. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, simply click the button that reads 'Add to Cart'. You will then be presented with a page that lists the contents of your shopping cart, including the item you just added. While on this page, you can increase or decrease the quantity of any item in your cart, or remove it all together. The cart also keeps a running total of your shipping charges. The default calculation is for US customers. Canadian and other international customers can recalculate their shipping charges be selecting the appropriate Shipping Location and clicking the 'Recalculate Shipping' button.
When you are finished reviewing your shopping cart, simply click either of the two images at the bottom of that page 'Continue Shopping' or Go To Payments.' If you choose to continue shopping, you will be returned to the page of the item you just added to your cart. If you choose to check out, you will be prompted for all of the information needed to complete your order. If at any time while browsing you would like to view your shopping cart or check out, just click on the 'Review Cart' link below any 'Add to Cart' button.
Please note: The shopping cart usually opens in a new window. If you have some form of ad or pop-up blocking software running, it may prevent the cart from appearing. Either turn off your blocking program or else set it to accept pop-ups from our site (this is typically done by clicking on the software's icon on your browser toolbar). Magickalystics does *not* have pop-up ads running on our site, though we cannot speak for outside websites to which we have links.
Q. What are my other options for ordering from Magickalystics?
A. If you're uncomfortable with making purchases online, You can also order from us by phone or through the mail, using our printable order form. US customers can charge their orders through the mail by Visa or Mastercard, or send a check or USPS money order. International customers, please send payment in US Dollars using an international postal money order, available through your local postal service. Q. Can I charge my mail or phone order using a credit card?
A. US Visa and Mastercard holders can now charge their orders online, through mail order using the handy printable order form (see above), or by phone. Right now we can only accept charge cards from our international customers online through PayPal's service.

Q. Why am I being charged sales tax?
A. If your order is being shipped to an address in the State of Florida, we are required to collect sales tax. Although the State sales tax is 6%, most counties add on a "Discretionary Surcharge" of between 0.5% and 1.5%. Since Pinellas County, where Magickalystics is now based, has a surcharge of 1%, this makes the total tax 7%. Unfortunately, neither our shopping cart nor PayPal provides a method of distinguishing between counties where there is no discretionary surcharge, so we have determined that this is the best compromise.
Q. I'm still kinda in the "broom closet." How will my order be packaged?
A. All orders are shipped discreetly, usually with only "Magicklystics", our return address, and your "mail to" address printed on the packaging. Our full logo with pentagram never appears on the outside packaging.
Q. Who do you use to ship orders?
A. We ship domestic orders (within the United States) via the USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped using the least expensive reliable shipping option available.
Q. Can I have my order shipped to a Post Office Box?
A. Since not all carriers deliver to PO Boxes you must use your street address. Please be sure to include a phone number or e-mail address where you may be reached in case we have a question about your order.
Q. What are your shipping and handling rates?
A. In order to take full advantage of the features of our new shopping cart, which allows our Canadian and other international customers to order online as easily as our US customers, we have changed our shipping rate structure. Instead of a flat fee based on the order total, we now charge a base shipping fee plus an additional charge for each item ordered.

Per Item charges are based upon average shipping rates via USPS and UPS. For individual items, the rate may be higher than the percentages shown because of weight or special handling needs for the particular item ordered. For example, due to its heavier weight, the Per Item charge for a statue might be considerably higher than the charge for a pendant sold at the same price.
Remember, your running shipping total for all items (and quantities) added automatically shows up in your shopping cart once you select your shipping region (see above for more details on our shopping cart).
Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Though most orders are delivered within 7 days, please allow 2-4 weeks delivery, especially during the busy holiday season.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We have a 100% purchase price refund policy on all orders. However, please note that the refund does NOT including shipping fees; you must pay to ship back any items being returned.
Q. Do you guarantee safe shipment on all orders?
A. Magickalystics assumes no blanket responsibility for orders damaged in transit, but we will work with you to resolve any problems with your order; any refunds on damaged items are determined on a case-by-case basis.
